Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Growth:- Identify new business and development opportunities via networking, client visits and industry events.- Contribute to the strategic planning for the development of the Executive Search business. - Demonstrate awareness of industry trends and developments within client markets.Operational:- Provide a highly professional Executive Search and Selection Service to clients and candidates.- Be in constant communication with clients, potential clients and candidates to ensure the highest quality service is maintained and business opportunities are maximised.- Manage internal and external resources effectively to guarantee the timely and profitable completion of assignments.- Build and assist in implementation plans relating to individual & team KPIs and objectives.- Encourage, develop and motivate of individual team members to achieve their targets & career objectives.- Network to generate new business, clients and candidates.- Manage team to achieve targets through generation of revenue and cost effective management within operating budget and ultimately through ownership of own divisional P&L.Attributes: • Good presence and gravitas • “Hungry” and ambitious to succeed • Ability to Motivate • Strong business awareness/acumen • Self-motivated, self-aware and leads by example • Independent thinker with ability to challenge whilst demonstrating willingness to listen to alternative views • Can-do” approach to work and colleagues • Proven team player • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage effectively • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively • Ability to communicate effectively in positive and challenging situations • Innovative approach to problem solving • Solution-focussed • Diffuses negative attitudes • Energiser • High Achiever • Coaching Skills • InfluencerYou will be expected:To successfully manage and motivate self and a team of consultants to build and grow the Executive Search business in line with the objectives and values of my client and to maintain constant communication with clients, potential clients and candidates to ensure the swift completion of assignments and the highest standards of recruitment service.This will involve business development, account management, client and candidate management in addition to managing and motivating internal and external resource to guarantee both an individual and group contribution to the revenues and profitability of the business. You will also be required to be proactive in all aspects of this role and to be an ambassador of my clients culture.You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in Executive Search and preferably a background in Marketing, Market Research, PR or Advertising although industry experience is not essential.
