My client is a leading social care agency based in Preston and is looking for a bright, motivated graduate to join their busy, successful team. With the social care market booming, there is no better time to join this highly lucrative sector.
Working in the social care sector has many advantages, you will have the opportunity to train and develop in a niche area of recruitment, and learn to sell and build relationships in an area of recruitment that is specialised and lucrative. As your skills build, you will have the opportunity to develop a client base that will be dependant on you supplying them with quality staff and really go the extra mile!
For the successful person, you will be graduated to degree level or graduate calibre and have a real passion for sales and business development, as well as building and maintaining relationships with companies. You will also have excellent communication skills and a real eye for detail.
The successful person will have previous sales experience, however this is not essential. Also working in a target driven sales environment would be preferable.
