RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / HUMAN RESOURCES / HR / BRANCH MANAGER Melbourne, CBD Up to $140k BASIC (negotiable) and OTE $100K plus an adult environment with flexibility and excellent career opportunities The Role: ·Hands off management style required for a small team (approx 6) ·To focus on building new and existing business in the local market ·Mentor and motivate staff members as well as being responsible for the overall financial results and direction of the branch. ·Implementation of business strategies, staff retention, and oversee entire business operations.
