Multiple award winning market leading Secretarial Recruitment Agency looking to expand their business into the Dubai market within the year. They require an experienced Secretarial Recruiter to join their London office to help launch this new business area.
The Consultant will be assigned a Resourcer to help with the flow of candidates while they help the Director build the client base and the sector infrastructure. This will involve some international travel to Dubai so the Consultant can meet Clients, see what it is like living there and how their Recruitment processes differ.
Once the business is viable they will open the office in Dubai. The Consultant at this stage may choose to move out to Dubai or stay London based and work remotely.
The ideal candidate should have office support Recruitment experience or have worked in Office support previously. You should have a good understanding of the role of a Senior PA as most clients will use this Agency for more senior-end candidates, and many of the clients will be in Banking.
