The
roles will demand you to be hands-on in the delivery of services. Operating a high end contingent service the
execution aspect of the role is a priority, being able to map a market,
headhunt if necessary and deliver the right candidate into your clients
vacancies is imperative.
1) TEAM LEADER / MANAGER: Reporting to an international Director, you will manage this new operation, lead a team from the front using your proven leadership skills as well as be hands-on and revenue focused and get involved in other aspects of running an office including staff training.
2) CONSULTANTS: Proactive consultants able to undertake an all round role with a focus on delivery. Candidate attraction is a priority placing into the busy banking market as well as business development.

WILL ALREADY BE WORKING IN DUBAI
BUT THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL . . . . .
1. The manager must have previous experience of managing and developing a team within a Banking (or similar) recruitment consultancy function.
ALL STAFF MUST
2. Must be able to work in a start-up situation (regardless of the fact there is business already there this is a new office).
3. All applicants must be hands-on Recruiters who are delivery focused including the team leader / manager (but able to do sales)
4. You should be strong on processes savvy on the whole end to end recruitment
5. Strong delivery capabilities.
6. Ideally you will have BANKING recruitment experience or come from another high value / white collar market
7. Must be good with people, respectful of a different culture.
8. Credible and self aware with a proven track record
9. Confident recruiters with flare, energy and personality
10. Professional and quality driven - this isnt a holiday, this is serious business ! ! !
PACKAGE: depending on skills and experience & the
role you are applying for basic salaries can range from £25k to £55k
