My client is a well established and growing company, focusing on the construction sector. They are looking for a trainee or an experienced resourcer to join their dynamic team. This position will lead to a full recruitment consultant role, therefore someone with strong sales skills is needed. The individual they are seeking must be ambitious and competitive with good communication skills. The role consists of maintaining and developing the client database, generating leads, networking and working to realistic and rewarding targets. Excellent working environment and support on offer.
