Our client is one of the largest independent recruitment companies in the UK, specialising in construction, health care, industrial, commercial and office support sectors, since their conception in 1988, our client has established itself as a major player in its chosen niche market and they have experienced natural growth and expansion to work with clients from small business to multi national companies. Due to the expansion of their modern offices in Chelmsford we are now recruiting for a Resourcer with a proven track record to work with the established trades team.
To qualify for this role you will have the following abilities:
- 6 12 months track record in resourcing in the Rail Sector although resourcing for different sectors is also acceptable
- Able to work reactively to the needs of a busy team of consultants
- Ability to think on your feet and think outside the box
- Work in an extremely pressurised environment
- Be able to communicate well at all levels
- Ability to work on your own initiative and be self motivated
You will also be required to be organised, efficient and be able to prioritise your workload.
In return you will receive an excellent base salary and a % of Gross Profit after targets are achieved; there are also career progression prospects to advance to Trainee Consultant if desired.
