Basic £25,000 + commission + package + equity scheme

We help our clients to strengthen their teams and make them more successful by finding and recruiting the best talent available in a market, and we find new life enhancing career moves for our candidates. This can mean starting at 7am and finishing at 4pm, it can mean being in the gym at 2pm when they are meeting a candidate for a drink after work. What it means for them is that they have the flexibility to get their work-life balance right. What it means for us is we produce results. However whilst working for The Management Recruitment Group may bring flexibility and reward it is not an easy ride.

What are we looking for ?
Consultants with 1- 3 years experience in a property/technical or engineering field or possibly an experienced generalist looking to move into specialist recruitment.
