EXECUTIVE SEARCH / FINANCE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / RESEARCH ASSOCIATE JOB TITLE: Search Associate AREA: West Yorkshire BASED: Leeds BASIC: £45-50k OTE: £75k+ THE ROLE ·Your remit as Search Associate is to assist a Partner or Principal Consultant in the management of the search process from initial pitch though to completion. ·Your role will include research calls, long and short-listing, report writing and attending client meetings. ·You will work as a close team in ensuring that the assignment is managed effectively and professionally, producing 100% results every time. ·Research will be your primary function, though it is anticipated that as an associate you will develop over time to take on all aspects of the Consultant position. ·You will be handling senior finance assignments (typically FD and CFO positions) across the UK, joining an impressive division with a 100% track record in successful delivery. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·This role would suit either an experienced research associate with an understanding of retained methodology or a contingent recruitment consultant with a background in finance recruitment ·As an experienced consultant, you will have a proven track record of achievement within permanent recruitment. You will have recruited within professional services, preferably finance and accountancy. Previous search experience or experience of working on retained campaigns would be beneficial. ·You will be target driven, though non-aggressive in your sales technique ·You will be well presented and articulate with a high level of written English ·You will have a strong desire to be a real success within your chosen market Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
