Established in 2003, our client is an ambitious, boutique search firm, delivering multifunctional retained search projects to the global Energy & Commodities industry. Their desire is to grow organically through their staff, and they are currently seeking individuals to join at Researcher or level with the opportunity to become a consultant within 9 months and work on search assignments on a global basis.
Our client are interested in hearing about individuals who have research experience within recruitment or a strong Permanent contingency recruiter operating in any mid to senior market, that is seeking an advanced approach and who would like to add to their already proven recruiter skills.
They have high ambitions and they have become a market leader within Europe in their sector and they are heading this way globally. They recruit within the £80,000 to £250,000 salary range (just below global Boardroom level).
The role
As a Researcher you will specialise in executive human capital solutions, ranging from CEO/MD recruitment to executive and middle-management in the Energy & Commodities market, recruiting for major banks, producers, utilities and trading houses around the globe.
You will work with a Client Partner, and you will help deliver the project specification, identify and assess target companies and the individuals within them, conduct interviews and support the consultants in securing the right individual for the assignments they are working on
Training is a key investment, with all employees enjoying development of how each niche markets works, how to approach specialist candidates, recruiter skills and management skills.
Your background
We are seeking individuals who have come from a recruitment background, perhaps in contingency and who would like to specialize more in a niche sector within executive search. Our client is also equally happy to look at individuals who are graduates or of graduate calibre and who have some strong business to business sales experience within a relationship building environment, where you have sold a service, more of a consultative sell.
The environment is one which is very proactive and you will need to be focused and ambitious to succeed in this business. In return they offer you a career, training and support to become a very successful recruiter in time. People in their business generate a minimum revenue of around £400k and they will help and support you, once you become a consultant, to achieve these results.
