My client is a London-based international recruitment consultancy, founded in 2002, offering specialist recruitment services within developing markets across Africa, Asia, Middle East and Russia. We currently manage unique recruitment events and search assignments across the globe on behalf of 100+ of the world’s largest companies. Building on our success, we would like to capitalise on our position as a market leader and are seeking a number of Resourcers who are looking for a challenge in the international recruitment markets.
Reporting to the Resourcing Team Leader, you will be involved in the project management of international recruitment assignments and campaigns, including our unique Recruitment Summits held across the world, selecting high potential candidates for our clients across all markets and managing their career expectations.
Degree qualified, you will have demonstrated commercial experience gained preferably either in a corporate recruitment environment or a recruitment agency.
Due to the international nature of our client and candidate base, fluency in English is a pre-requisite with an additional language considered a benefit, preferably, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Russian or Arabic.
An attractive salary package is offered including base + bonus + company profit share (after qualification period) + benefits.
