The role
They are currently seeking a Researcher in their Executive Search division. This division houses 20 consultants, 14 in London and 6 across the UK. The researcher’s role will be to support 6 consultants across Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Birmingham. Your brief will be to take briefs from the consultants and on occasion attend meetings with them, map out target lists of companies and contacts and make the approach. You will also be involved with larger campaigns that the consultants are managing as well as some database search. You will also manage and update candidate records after speaking with candidates to establish what their current situation is.
Your background
Our client is ideally seeking someone who has research experience within the recruitment sector. The individual does not need to have sector knowledge as this can be trained. You will be dealing with candidates on average salaries between £90k and £100k therefore you will need to be able to converse with individuals very well and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills are also needed as you will be supporting consultants who are not necessarily within the same office as you.
