Our client is an independent recruitment consultancy that places senior level professionals within the £50k to £150k bracket across a variety of sectors including public sector, financial service and leisure.
They are currently seeking an experienced researcher to help support their financial services division. Your remit will be to work on briefs that the head hunters are working on, map candidates in the market, make the initial approach and identify which candidates might be suitable for the roles. This is a very proactive role and you will need to have experience. You will interview the candidates and help create short lists of individuals for the assignments.
Your will have a background within research and will have worked in a similar role. Experience is essential as this is a role which is very proactive and you will need to have the basic knowledge of the function of the role and you can be taught the sector knowledge.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in an independent and very successful business. They are offering a salary up to £50k and there is also the opportunity for someone to work from home as long as they could be in the office once or twice per week. They will even consider someone who wants to work 4 days per week on a pro rata'd salary.
