Job Description

In House Recruitment - London £28-30K plus 30% quarterly bonus Our client is a leading, specialist international executive search firm. In the most recent independent UK and Asian market surveys, they have been ranked as one of the top five specialist search firms within the financial markets. Due to continual growth at their London office they are looking for a In House/Resource Specialists. The role of the In House Specialist is to maximise the potential of their team, which may include Resource Specialists, Principal Resource Specialists and Resource Consultants; ensuring that all necessary support is given; therefore creating a motivational and positive environment in which to succeed in. They will ensure that they and their teams deliver agreed recruitment services to the client in line with agreed Service Levels. This is a key role in a highly dynamic, responsive and client-facing delivery team. Main Duties and Responsibilities Client Focus Create client commercial value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost effective results Maintain agreed service levels to the client Drive the client to a more comprehensive resource solution Ability to provide client with various innovative resourcing options Ensure all vacancy requests are fully specified and tracked Add value to their business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge Manage, motivate and monitor supplier relationships Involvement in any relevant client presentations / evaluation meetings Candidate Focus Ability to utilise all relevant web and database resourcing methods as well as creative methods Initiate, develop and deliver strategies to source direct candidates into the account Maintain high levels of candidate and vacancy control through workflow management systems Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas Ability to source and interview senior level candidates Team Management Responsible for day to day management and support of a team Chair daily delivery meetings and be able to forecast performance of the team Work to promote the appropriate leadership qualities and assist in the growth and development Work with Service Delivery Manager to identify training needs for team and develop training plans Responsible for generating leads Person Specification Minimum 5 years in experience in recruitment Proven track record in management; motivating a team Proven track record in delivering effective recruitment solutions Face to face interviewing experience Experienced at producing business orientated management information Experience of designing and implementing resourcing solutions to a client Working to demanding targets and ratios Strong product knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to deliver within it Ability to work to tight SLAs Please apply for more details.
