Resourcer / Account Manager - Bristol
£15-17k ote £25-30k

My client, a well established IT recruiter in Bristol currently have a need for a resourcer / account manager. The position is to deliver candidates against existing vacancies on roles throughout the UK. The day to day activity will suit a conscientious individual who has good attention to detail, but is also a capable of working to deadlines and under pressure.

The company has a great reputation and the position has arisen due to ambitious expansion plans, so this is an exciting role for someone looking for their first break into recruitment. You should be proactive in your approach to the day to day activity of the job, and the ability to multi task and prioritise are critical. You are likely to have had some exposure to sales or customer service, and be money motivated.

You will receive a salary commensurate to your experience, and the earning potential in your first year in the job is likely to be £25-30k. The company have a very good social scene and offer a fantastic work environment.
