My client are an established specialist IT recruiter based in South Manchester who are looking to further expand their team of experienced resourcers and consultants. They benefit from a highly reputable name in the market place and their successful team have an opportunities for experienced consultants and resoucers with a minimum of 6 months experience who are looking to further their careers to come and join this outstanding company.

The role
·Working within a team of Recruitment Consultants assisting with the sourcing and selection of suitable candidates
·Maintaining an up to date list of current vacancies to be worked upon
·Updating various online recruitment websites where applicable to ensure a constant flow of candidates
·Writing and placing suitable job advertisements to generate candidates
·Networking and gaining candidate referrals where appropriate
·Screening candidates through telephone and also face to face methods
·Rejecting unsuitable candidates in a professional manner
·Working towards set activity targets and constantly striving to exceed
·Sourcing new leads from research and also through talking to candidates and passing these leads to the relevant Consultant
·Demonstrating a keen interest in all aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role with a view to developing in to the full consultant role at a relevant stage in the future

The working hours are 8.30-6pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30-6pm Friday, 25 days holiday, parking plus a fantastic commision structure.
