Your role is fundamentally to utilise your excellent communication and strong personality to source experienced Recruitment Consultants that Mint will then place into other more exciting roles.
Because this is such a pivotal role, at such a crucial time for the company, you will be handsomely rewarded for all placements that you assist in!
You will be working with highly experienced Recruiters who know the industry back to front, so training will be constant, engaging and of a high standard.
Ideally, you will be a Graduate, with around 6 months telesales experience, keen to get a foot on the ladder.
