£18K basic with £30k OTE. South West London

The Role
As a Trainee IT Resourcer you will immediately be involved in the recruitment cycle working along side account managers. You will be dealing with experienced candidates commanding high salaries in high pressure roles. You will receive in depth training on the techniques involved in sourcing, screening and speaking to candidates over the telephone, assessing their suitability and selling them opportunities. During this period you will learn the skills and build the confidence required to develop a career in high end recruitment where the rewards can be incredible.
