An opportunity has arisen for a resourcer to join an established specialist agency in their Aerospace, Defence, Petrochem, Oil or Gas team, experience in one or more of these markets is essential!! My client is part of a world leading Recruitment Group and currently provides technical recruitment solutions within a variety of market sectors including IT, Technical, Aerospace, Engineering and Building services. My client are now looking for a Technical Resourcer to join the Aerospace / Defence / Petrochem or Oil or Gas division based in Stockport the role will require you to conduct all recruitment resourcing activity. ·Working within a team of Recruitment Consultants assisting with the sourcing and selection of suitable candidates ·Maintaining an up to date list of current vacancies to be worked upon ·Updating various online recruitment websites where applicable to ensure a constant flow of candidates ·Writing and placing suitable job advertisements to generate candidates ·Networking and gaining candidate referrals where appropriate ·Screening candidates through telephone and also face to face methods ·Rejecting unsuitable candidates in a professional manner ·Working towards set activity targets and constantly striving to exceed ·Sourcing new leads from research and also through talking to candidates and passing these leads to the relevant Consultant ·Demonstrating a keen interest in all aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role with a view to developing in to the full consultant role at a relevant stage in the future
