Assistant Consultant
Based in Leeds Cite Centre
Salary up to 23k + Bonus + Benefits
My client a leading Search and selection company are looking to recruit 2 additional people into their Leeds team. You do not need recruitment experience but MUST have experience of telephone research or be looking to gain a career within recruitment.
Duties include:
To support partners and senior colleagues by contributing to the delivery of key elements of Executive Search (ES) assignments, through ensuring optimum levels of delivery are achieved to reach satisfactory outcomes in terms of, timeliness, cost and quality of key deliverables.
To support partners and senior colleagues, to undertake research around new business opportunities, prepare background information and develop pitch presentations, write and deliver proposals, work on marketing initiatives and programmes and actively contributing to business development within designated business sectors.
To be fully familiar with the appropriate internal systems and processes and to seek ways of ensuring optimum standards are reached. To work closely with lead partner/consultant, to assist in the effective delivery of assignments.
To attend and, where relevant, contribute to all client meetings, including pitches, briefings, preliminary interviews, longlist and shortlist, final panel and assignment review.
Attending candidate interviews on assignments where appropriate. Liaise with Technical Assessors in relation to report preparation and finalisation. On an ongoing basis, prepare formal weekly assignment updates, with responsibility for delivery of these to the client.
Work with lead Partner/Consultant to prepare advertising copy/Job Descriptions/Personal Specifications and manage the development of the microsite/information pack preparation process from start to finish.
Work closely with the lead Partner/ Consultant to assist in the preparation of target organisation lists (if appropriate for the project) and target candidate search trails.Under the guidance of the lead Partner/ Consultant, undertake targeted search calls and approaches to potential candidates and sources and, if relevant, facilitate the delivery of up to date search reports.
