Resourcer Trainee Recruitment - I.T- Finance
Basic £18,000 + (£25k - £30k OTE)

THE ROLE
· Full training will be given on every aspect from how to source clients (networking, word of mouth, business development) and candidates (writing adverts, headhunting, online searching, networking) to managing the whole recruitment process
· Business development by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
· A fantastic training programme introducing you to 'The City', how Banks are set up and work and all aspects of the role of a recruitment consultant.
THE COMPANY
· Established in 1999 they now comprise of three separate independent companies each focusing on the recruitment of professionals for the Investment Banking and Securities market.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 2:2 degree or above from a good university
· Strong communication and rapport building skills
· You must be a bright, highly driven, polished and proactive individual
