Experienced Recruitment Resourcer - Public Sector Recruitment - Basic salary
negotiable (DOE) + bonus scheme, fantastic benefits and

Are you a graduate or graduate caliber candidate who is looking to be part of
an award winning, high profile and successful recruitment company? Do you

of working as a resourcer on a temporary or contract basis in any professional
sector. Most importantly you must be used to working in a fast paced,
structured recruitment sales environment with proven success of candidate
resourcing.
The Role
This role will focus on the candidate delivery side of the recruitment
process. You will work closely with an experienced consultant who will provide
the candidate profile that you will be required to search for. Using an
established database you will approach new and existing candidates to sell
them the vacancy. This is a highly competitive sector and requires a huge
amount of speed, proactivity and resilience. This role is available due to the
success that the desk is currently experiencing, therefore you will have a
fantastic opportunity to earn a bonus based on the amount of candidates that
you source and place.
