Job Purpose/Summary:
This would suite an individual who would like to gain experience within the recruitment industry or has 6 months experience as a resourcer.

Your role is to source high calibre candidates from multiple 'direct' channels. In summary you will be responsible for managing and driving all sourcing channels which could include:

·Compiling enticing and engaging adverts on niche sector vertical sites and generic job boards
·Sourcing and or CV mining active candidates on relevant CV databases and search engines
·'Passive' candidate research and attraction through multiple social networking sites
·Networking & lead-chaining activity
·Candidate communication

Key Attributes:
Experience of Rail Industry desirable but not a must
