Job Specification
Our client has over 25 years of experience in professional services recruitment. Over this time they have established themselves as a leader in providing recruitment services for both permanent and temporary staff looking for employment opportunities in finance, banking, accountancy, law and the public sector.

Daily tasks:
The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of tasks for the legal team, generally in support of the consultants on the team. These will largely revolve around the candidate side of things, but will also involve an administrative element as well.
Candidate Work
·Initial registration of candidates
·Sourcing candidates for specific nationwide roles
·Ongoing care for placed temporary candidates
·Dealing with payroll queries over the phone
·Organising candidate entertainment events
Insolvency Service Account
·Consolidating reports between databases
·Liaising with online recruitment team
Team Support
·Initiating processes to assist in smooth running of the team
·Compiling spreadsheets and updating on a regular basis
·Updating database and compiling placement packs for candidates
·General administrative duties as required.
Person Profile/ Qualities:
Self sufficient
Practical
Systems literate (PC, and all Microsoft Office packages essential)
Typing skills
Strong in administrative and organisational skills
Career Options/ Opportunities:
Opportunities to move on to a consultants role after the fixed term if they proved suitable. This might appeal to someone who is a little bit too green in the first instance.
