Senior Consultants required for professional desk London, Salary £50k- £100k with OTE's £120k+ My client is a Search and Selection firm that has been established since 2003, they are re-writing the Search and Selection industry by abolishing the "Old Boy" network and introducing a new way to do Search and Selection. My client is fast moving, sexy and anyone joining will be part of a brand to be proud of, with modern offices over looking London Centre they are easily accessible for any London candidate. This client made 1.5 million profit last year alone and are re-investing that in their continued expansion plans, at 20 strong at present they want to double in size with the right Search Consultants on board. The ideal candidate for this role is simple, they must be a proven Search Consultant with a recognized portfolio of clients, it is essential they bring industry experience as my client is looking to really bolster their growth in Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Commerce and Industry as well as over sea's projects on oil and gas etc. With a New York office planned this business offers a lot for a consultant already working in one of the big firms to move away and get on a fast track to earning some serious money. As a consultant you can earn a base salary of between £50k-£100k, not including on target earnings. The average salary worked is £100k+ however £500k roles have also been filled by this business. Candidates will be polished professional and able to communicate at Board level as this is the area my client works in all the time.
