Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT Contracts - Leeds - £25k-£30k + Basic DOE + OTE £80k+
Your Profile
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will currently be working within Recruitment placing IT Contract people across the UK and looking to progress your Recruitment career to the next level as a Senior Consultant for a true market leader. You will have a strong history of success in a Sales and Recruitment capacity and are now looking to develop these skills to become an industry specialist, to achieve the high financial rewards that come with being a top biller within IT Recruitment. You will be driven, determined, motivated and hard working with a natural desire to develop business and a passion for Sales. Because of the market place you will be dealing with, you will also need to be articulate and professional in order to deal with candidates and clients at the highest level.
The Role
Exceptional results across the business and the 'coming together' of 2 Manchester offices means an increased demand for good, bright, experienced Recruitment Consultants to join the business at its most exciting growth stage. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be placing freelance or self-employed IT specialists in short-term roles across the UK, working with all the resources you can ask for to be the most successful consultant you can be. There will need to be a strong focus on developing new business and working with existing accounts building up a successful IT contracts desk across the whole of the UK! This opportunity is perfect for someone who has all the grounding within Recruitment but is feeling increasingly frustrated by
a lack of earning potential or a strong company KPI culture. You will come in, establish yourself as a strong Senior Recruitment Consultant and hit the ground running, being able to train in new areas and develop to increase your career at a rapid rate.
