Job Description

General Overview: ·The Global Account Executive is part of the international sales team focusing on providing solutions and services to international contractors coming to the UK. ·This role is far from just an 'upfront' sales position as this position is a full service/account management position assisting contractors from the idea of moving countries to setting them up in the UK to work. ·The successful candidate will be based in the London office but will have to liaise with the overseas offices and in particularly the Sydney office. ·The main focus of this role, once contractors have been referred to the client is to sell the benefits and services to the contractors, where commission will be made on top of the strong basic. ·The Global Account Executive will work in conjunction with two Global Account Managers, one in London and the other in Sydney who's responsibilities is to increase and maintain the contractor referrals. Company The Company was founded in Sydney, Australia in 1992 by the current CEO and has been in the UK since 1999 doubling its turnover every year for the last three years. The company quickly grew to become the largest and most reputable company of its kind in Australia, and is looking to do the same here in the UK. They have grown to lead the way in establishing the payment of contractors through management companies as a recognised medium in the industry. The client was the first affiliated (non-recruitment) member of ITCRA the Information Technology and Contractor Recruitment Association, and the founding members of ACPMA Australian Contract Professionals Management Association. The company started to expand globally in 1999 with the opening of the UK office and there is no limit to the expansion and opportunity for business growth. General Duties ·To convert contractor referrals into sales. To support the Global Account Managers ·To build professional relationships with contractors and clients either face to face or on the phone. ·To run reports on sales activities in the international sales team ·Be responsible for the international databases. ·Report to the Account Manager on a day to day basis, Sales Director overall. Skills: ·Good level of customer relationship building. ·Prepare Quotes & Information Emails ·Strong Computer Skills ·Highly organised ·Ability to close sales Key skills ·Communication and relationship building skills ·Sales administration management ·Planning, time management and reporting skills ·Be dynamic, creative and have the desire to succeed
