The Company is one of the UK's leading providers of quality business data products and associated services to the direct marketing industry. Our client invests heavily in collection programme and offers a high degree of select-ability from databases.
The Role
Reporting directly to the MD, your key responsibilities will include:
-To set with the MD the targets for sales, standards and service within our market place in line with company's vision and strategic plan;
-To implement the company vision across all departments within the group;
-To manage the sales in line with the strategic vision to ensure targets and service level agreements are achieved;
-To lead the sales to achieve all revenue targets predetermined by the commercial needs of the business;
-To support, motivate, mentor and develop all direct reports.
-To liaise with internal departments in order to achieve business objectives and goals including finance, profitability and credit control.
-To sustain individual revenue;
-Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
-Target £30k per month

The successful applicant will have the opportunity not only join a thriving sales team but have input into the sales process implementation, insight into other divisions of the business, and the opportunity to open up and control new markets with new business development.

The Person
You are a proactive, self-starting over-achiever with exceptional communication skills, bags of enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude. You have excellent sales skills, and are in a habit of over-achieving on sales targets. You must be able to work to tight deadlines; proficient with Microsoft Office and possess the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of the direct marketing / data and business information industry is essential.
Remuneration & Commission
Competitive package Circa £28k +/-
Commission structure:
Up to £30k per month 5%
Above £30k per month 10% on all sold
20 Days Holiday
