With the current state of the economy many companies are turning to using contract staff to manage and control staffing costs. Financial services for these individuals are essential; if you have a good idea of the contract recruitment markets you already have a head start. If you don't want to or no longer want to work in recruitment this could be a great option!
Our client is a developing organisation that offers a range of business services: this is currently focussed on financial services such as umbrella services, payroll, book keeping, Ltd Company set up and administration. A major advantage that our client has over their competition is that they offer extended and professional assistance for work permit and visa issues to international contractors, enabling overseas contractors to work more freely in the UK.
Ideally you will have a direct or indirect understanding of this market or have experience in dealing with contractors, work permit issues and even more so recruitment consultants, as they are a big focus clientele. More importantly they are looking for articulate, bright, ambitious candidates who are commercially aware and who feel passionate about a career in sales.
