Recruiment Consultant based in Milton Keynes? Do you have previous recruitment experience, looking for an exciting new opportunity to join an expanding and highly successful company? On offer is a basic salary of £20K - 25K depending on experience plus generous OTE and bens, plus the opportunity to join a professional, forward thinking company, who allow Consultants high levels of autonomy whilst providing continued training and development.

The Company

My client are an established recruitment specialist with office based within the UK, Ireland and Scotland. The company specialist in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, HR, Legal, IT and Sales and Marketing sectors and they are currently looking for experienced consultants to join them in the Milton Keynes office.

The Role

You will be required to contribute to the growth and success of the business, overseeing and managing various areas including recruitment and business development opportunities and successfully developing these to both the benefit of the clients, candidates and colleagues.
·Sales, Business development within your specialist market.
·Managing the recruitment process and developing recruitment activity.
·Identify & developing new business.
·Assessing and meet clients and candidate needs
·Effective use of the company database, Adverting and candidate control.
·Work as a good team member and on your own initiative

Main Responsibilities

·Winning new business and developing and servicing existing client relationships
·Client liaison, Client visites & negotiation
·Interviewing, sourcing, head hunting candidates, Candidate liaison and control
·Detailed job specs and candidate details
·Organising candidate/client interviews
·Database development and ensuring "up to date" details
·Having market awareness

The Person

·Previous Recruitment or Professional Sales experience, ideally 12 months plus
·Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
·Strong Business Development experience
·Ability to develop a new desk and manage a recruitment assistant
·Motivated and ambitious
