SENIOR TEMPS CONSULTANT - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - UPTO £38,000

Established over 20 years ago a specialist financial recruitment consultancy who focuses on the sourcing of financial talent across a wide range of businesses in the UK is seeking a Senior Temps Consultant to join their expanding team in Buckinghamshire. As a niche player in the financial recruitment arena they are a leading provider of permanent recruitment and contract professionals at all levels.  My client is seeking an individual who has previous accountancy/finance recruitment experience and has sound client and candidate relationship skills.  Ideally somebody that has worked on a temps desk.

As a Senior Temps Consultant you will:

• Conduct professional interviews.
• Select, match and short-list candidates in order to ensure that clients access the best candidates in the market.
• The ability to identify and maximise on business opportunities

An excellent communicator.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £38000 plus uncapped commission, excellent career opportunities, ongoing training, private healthcare and a car allowance.
