Established in 2002, my client has grown to become one of the leading recruitment organisations in the UK with a number of memberships and awards to confirm this status. Offering recruitment solutions across Industrial, Driving and the Engineering market sectors providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions supported by a Managed Services, European and Senior Appointments Division. The company operates across 5 branches within the Midlands and East Midlands regions with further growth plans to include the opening of a 6th office. We are currently working closely with the Operations Director to source a Senior Appointments Consultant or Senior Consultant who will take full responsibility for selling and controlling a permanent staffing solution service to existing and new clients, ensuring that both permanent and contract budgeted units and gross margins are achieved. The beauty of this role is that there is a highly developed existing client base from which to target prospective clients, who will know the brand well through the temporary recruitment solutions. You will be targeting more senior level appointments and placing decision makers across the companies key market divisions. A strong focus of your role will be face to face development and we are looking for a highly experienced Recruiter within the permanent market who is used to targeting business at a high level and who can work autonomously.
