Award winning, well established, leading Accountancy and Banking Recruiter, with offices across three continents, looking for a Managing Consultant to join and help grow its fully qualified Accountancy Banking and Financial Services team.

This is a large team that is performing exceptionally well and whose business is growing with plans to double in size over the next 18 months. As Managing Consultant you will inherit a hot Investment Banking desk, and be expected to manage 3 successful, self sufficient Consultants. You will need to lead from the front in terms of hitting personal revenue targets and ensuring the fully qualified team achieves its targets. You will also be expected to support Directors in growing this team further and taking on the management of additional staff.

Financial Services experience not a prerequisite. You just need to have a proven track record of good billings and a good solid career history.
