Recruitment Team Leader / Senior Recruitment Consultant - Commercial - Nottingham Wonderful opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Team Leader to embark on a highly lucrative and prosperous career within an well established and highly reputable consultancy based in Nottingham. On offer is a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000, with highly competitive bonus and commission schemes. The Role This role is based within this companies Executive Commercial Division and will be dealing temp and perm vacancies. This is a warm desk with immediate vacancies requiring your attention! You will be responsible for delivering sales results against agreed targets, managing business objectives and developing further client and candidate relationships. As a Team Leader you will also assist in overseeing a small team and ensuring motivation and performance levels are maintained to a high standard.
