We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Office Support Team.

The ideal candidate will have proven results within a recruitment role, having previously been responsible for the entire life cycle of the recruitment process. They must also have a strong track record of building successful relationships.

We acknowledge those who excel within our business, firstly through our Company announcements and secondly through rewarding billing consultants with our competitive salary structure including commission scheme and organic growth. Our remuneration and commission scheme is not only competitive but gives you complete control over your earning potential and salary progression.

There are two different career paths available at Poolia. For those who have become specialists within their fields and wish to continue to use their expertise to develop stronger and more rewarding relationships, they are encouraged to do so at an executive level as an Account Manager. There is also the Team Leader route where proven consultants are given a team of people to motivate, develop and grow. Your team will expand along with your success in this role allowing you to advance into the position of a General Manager.
