Specialist boutique recruiter seeks a Senior experienced consultant this year to join their winning team. With a focus on recruiting senior level staff for the Media industry, you will be working with an amazing client list to further grow the business.

They are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and the credibility to deal at a Senior level. Suitable candidates will be articulate, well presented with energy, drive, self motivation and a personable and consultative approach to recruitment preferably up to executive search level.
You should have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience within a media related field and must have experience of the full life cycle of recruitment, the ability to put together a decent brief and experience of face to face interviewing. Very much a networking focused business, those who succeed will be excellent relationship builders rather than KPI driven phone bashers!

You will be joining a very experienced team with a wealth of industry knowledge, offering fantastic support. This is a fantastic role as there is warm business to tap into from day 1. The company currently works with very key global brands and as a result rarely has to pitch for new business.
