My Client has specialised in recruitment for a number of highly technical industries which , includes construction, architecture, planning & claims, town planning, safety, ILS, human factors, technology & engineering and IT Networks & Comms. In the majority of these markets they are considered the leading or one of the leading recruitment consultancies. My Client current opportunities are
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Architecture
Recruitment Consultant - IT Networks & Comms
Their focus would be on client contact and the role will require a high level of telephone canvassing. The market is competitive so this person will need great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
You will need to have good rapport building skills, excellent networking and referral gathering techniques, strong organisational and time management abilities, and a willingness to learn.
We can offer a good basic salary, excellent commission (up to 30% of GP), quarterly bonuses, car allowance, pension, holiday, team incentives
You will be working directly with the manager of this team who has a wealth of experience in this market and many strong bonds and relationships with key clients across the UK, in addition to a client database that most recruiters would give an arm and a leg for.
