This is a superb opportunity to join a young Recruitment company that is expanding at a rapid pace and fast building a formidable reputation for quality and reliability in the financial market place.
Our client specialises in financial recruitment throughout Financial Services, Commerce and Industry, and the Public Sector with blue chip clients among the top companies in the FTSE 250. Based in a landmark building on the London sky line They are seeking 3 new experienced financial consultants to join the successful perm team.
Candidates must have the following attributes:
- At least 1 years prior Financial recruitment experience.
- Excellent history of Billing within recruitment
- A fine attention to detail
- Good knowledge of the financial markets and commercial world.
- A tenacious winning attitude to work.
- A bright personality with the ability to communicate well with others.
The position offers a basic salary starting at £30,000 for those with a years financial recruitment experience and our clients will pay up to £50,000 basic for very experienced recruiters.
Commission starts at 25% above target threshold and increases to 40% for the really big earners. Many of the existing consultants earn in excess of 100k. Other package benefits are negotiable depending upon experience.
