Our client is a specialist finance and change management recruitment group established for five years representing £0.5 to £17m growth and achieving 10th in “The Virgin Fast Track 100” list.
They recruit across Commerce and Industry, Banking, Finance and Change Solution sectors with a focus on leading ‘Blue Chip’ companies in London and the Home Counties, including:
Apple, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds TSB, Sainsburys, Resolution Life, Premier Foods, Tesco, Virgin Media, Pepsico, Compass, Legal & General, Tui Travel Plc, Sony, Schroders, and Argos
They are looking for a Senior Consultant with proven experience in recruitment and ambition to lead a project and team.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a talent in leadership, enthusiasm for healthy competition and hard work, confidence, self motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
