SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT RISK & COMPLIANCE Basic Salary: £35- 35k OTE: £80-90k (yr 1); £100k + (yr 2) BENEFITS: Excellent commission structure and bonus scheme Senior Financial Recruiter - Risk & Compliance. Specialist Financial Search & Selection recruitment consultancy is looking for a senior consultant to join their established Risk & Compliance Practice. Our client is an international specialist executive Search and Selection firm focusing at Senior Manager and Director level within Risk, Legal, Insurance, Interim and Tax with and international network of client and candidate contacts across the UK, Europe, US, Asia Pacific and Middle East. THE ROLE: · Senior Consultant working within a well established and successful team recruiting into the Risk, Compliance & Audit functions across any of the following - Banking, Financial Services, Commerce & Industry, Asset Management and Professional Services. · A 360 recruitment degree role be comfortable with and highly effective at all stages of the recruitment process with strong business development skills · Building senior long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, placing them globally. · The ideal for a driven individual, you will be expected to generate business and consistently deliver to target. THE COMPANY An international specialist executive Search and Selection firm focusing on Senior Manager and Director levels within Risk, Legal, Insurance, Interim and Tax. The company has grown organically, in just over 6 years, to 110 employees across 3 continents. They currently have offices in London, Brighton, Munich, Paris, New York, Zurich and Hong Kong and are looking to expand their international focus. As a dynamic and rapidly expanding international executive search company, they are always looking for the most talented people to join their team. THE EXPERIENCE · 1.5 to 3 years recruitment experience within Credit, Market and/or Operational Risk and Compliance into Banking, Financial Services, Commerce & Industry, Asset Management and Professional Services. · Correct personality and attitude: confident and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills · A commitment to offering an exceptional standard of professional service · Due to global expansion plans, foreign language skills are preferable though not essential. · A good understanding on financial markets and a strong desire to become an expert, if indeed you're not already recognised as one THE BENEFITS · Market leading commission structure and bonus scheme · Training (both through formal courses and working with some of the best people in our industry), an established client base, and regular performance reviews · Great incentives - recent ones include VIP trips to New York, Miami and Munich.
