Ideally you should be -

 

·         Motivated through challenge as well as the reward of a high £OTE

·         An ambitious consultant with a desire for career progression that includes mentor or management status.

·         From either an HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Food Manufacturing, or Engineering background.

·         An Innovative thinker with the ability to provide clients with creative and competitive recruitment solutions

·         A confident professional who is able to interact and present at all levels

·         Well educated, commercially orientated, with a dynamic style and the ability to inspire and motivate others

·         Full of character with a skip in your step
