The Company
Provides the unique opportunity to start your own recruitment business without the need for a loan, re-mortgage, debt or any initial outlay. A two stage process will launch your new business and provide on-going support ensuring that you retain 70% of all billings.
Provides the support needed to set up.
1. Physical; Hardware, Software etc
2. Intellectual; Legal, Accounting and Business expertise.
3. Technical; Support and advice on all IT & related matters.
4. Creative; Logos, Business Cards, Stationary & Web Site Design.
5. Accountancy; Management Accounts, tax, VAT, Payroll, Factoring etc.
Provides the on-going support needed
1. Recruitment Advice
2. Advertising Consultancy
3. Business and Personal Tax Advice
4. Taking People on and expanding your business
5. Office lease or Purchase
Their aim is to provide a package that enables the recruitment consultant to get on with the business of recruiting knowing that everything else is taken care of.
You
You will be an experienced recruiter who is fed up with making money for someone else and really wants to go it alone.
Our client will enable you to make all the decisions relating to your business.
1. The type of Recruitment you do, Temps or Perms - they have experience of both.
2. Targets Set your own GP and Perm Invoiced targets
3. How much money do you want to make take the money out of the business or invest
4. Where you work Home, serviced office your choice.
5. Who you work with and when the right time to hire someone is.
6. Which clients you deal with and what is the right fee structure for you.
