Senior Consultant - Construction 

c£25 - 35,000 ote £55 - 75,000 per annum + benefits + commission + equity

Are you an experienced perm or contract Construction/Engineering/Technical recruiter.
With strong financial backing, my client have arrived in the Construction recruitment marketplace with over 70 years experience between the founding four members in placing white collar Construction professionals into contract and permanent roles UK wide.

Why join a new business if you are successful in your current company? Well, if you are a hard working recruiter producing £150-200k revenue a year, you may well see a decent amount of commission already. How would you like to continue to do so but in a company where you own a percentage of the business AND have the opportunity to buy even more of the business if you wish to do so?

Ideally you have a minimum of 2/3 years in Construction / Engineering / Rail or Technical recruitment, although this is also a great opportunity for someone currently in a corporate, white collar recruitment role, to step up to the next level providing you have the drive and ambition to prove your worth.

Probably looking for your second or third role in recruitment, you will have enjoyed a solid track record of success, and have a good understanding of the marketplace. Business acumen is a prerequisite, as is the ability to converse on all subjects with extremely prestigious clients from all walks of life. You will be expected to proactively develop new business, and research potential clients to gain their confidence and a time in their diary. My client will provide ongoing personal development, but this is a career opportunity, not another job.
