My Client is a specialist provider of recruitment solutions to the construction and property market in the UK and Overseas providing specialist advice in Surveying & Property, Architecture, Building Maintenance.
They are currently looking for a Manager for the Technical Department, Someone with high level of experience within Technical Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Knowledge and understanding of the white collar technical recruitment markets
• Evidence of strong business links within this sector
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to mould, shape and grow business opportunities
• Team and recruitment management experience
• A long (4 years plus) and successful recruitment career

Role
The role of the Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, demanding and diverse. It is also very challenging and exciting and no two days are ever the same. You would be involved in attracting business from both tele-sales and field-sales.
Candidate
•Min 6-12 months recruitment experience with a proven track record.
•Enjoy responsibility and working in a high pressure environment
•Have good interpersonal and communication skills
•Be a good team player, be goal orientated and tenacious
•Live within a sensible commute of Sheffield and have your own reliable transport (expenses paid)
•Have the ambition and determination to move to a more senior position as the division grows.
£18k - £22k depending on Experience plus uncapped commission
