JOB DESCRIPTION:
** RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS REQUIRED URGENTLY - basic to 20-30k dependent on experience plus commission ** Based in City.
Our client are a specialist brand with an excellent reputation in a niche area of the IT sector of recruitment. Due to growth and expansion of the Cityoffice they are currently looking for energetic consultants to join their team dealing with either permanent or contract IT staff.
You will be rewarded with a high negotiable basic salary plus an unrivalled commission structure and real career progression opportunities as growth continues. Achievers will be well looked after and staff retention is excellent.
The Role
- Interview, assess and place candidates on a contract or permanent basis.
- You will allocated your own desk which has a steady stream of clients and candidates but also has the potential to grow.
- You will be given the autonomy to grow the business in areas where you feel market share could be increased.
Your Profile
- You will have a real desire for recruitment
- You will come from a recruitment background (IT Recruitment is ideal)
- You will have huge drive and determination to succeed
- You will be confident, bursting with energy and looking for an opportunity to shine and move up the career ladder
