Our client Established in 1988 has grown from strength to strength, rapidly establishing itself as a household name within the Construction industry. With turnover due to exceed £75m this year they are keen to maximize growth opportunity by increasing the number of Consultants and trading locations.
You will be joining a very successful team of Consultants who have built up an excellent reputation in the Construction sector. You will be tasked with running your own desk with your own Client base. You will have the autonomy to develop both Contract & Permanent positions. You will have a very strong sales ethos and be able to quickly build strong working relationships with a large volume of Clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven track record of working within the Recruitment Industry, demonstrating new sales, Client retention and Candidate management
- You will thrive in a fast moving, targeted environment and be a strong team player
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will be genuinely keen to enhance your career, moving into team leader / management roles as the company continues to expand
