My client is a leading technical consultancy, established for 25 years across 5 locations. They have specialist divisions recruiting within Manufacturing, IT, Construction, Oil & Gas, Sales and HR. Due to ongoing growth and a fantastic, loyal client base, they are now looking to grow their Construction division.
SENIOR RECRUITER / CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / TECHNICAL HEADHUNTER
Role: Senior Consultant
Area: West Midlands
Based: Wolverhampton
Salary: circa £35k basic + benefits
Benefits: Excellent commission above market average earning potential!
THE ROLE:
·This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant with an understanding of senior level permanent recruitment within the construction market
·Working both new business and delivery, you will have absolute autonomy over your business, your strategy and your methodology
·Building up 'your own business within a business' this is the closest you can get to running your own recruitment without the financial risk, all the financial gain plus a great recruitment brand behind you!
THE COMPANY:
·The Construction Division is one of the key areas for growth within this multi-sector recruitment business
·Also recruiting within engineering, oil & gas, manufacturing, HR and Sales,
·My client have been building a sound and profitable business for the best part of 25 years
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·You will be a an experienced recruitment consultant having recruited within technical markets previously (preferably construction)
·Previous experience of senior white collar permanent search and selection or retained search would be an advantage
·You will be hard-working, self-motivated, professional and credible
·You will be comfortable developing new business based on long-term relationships, building a strong network of contacts and dealing with senior level candidates.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
