Reporting to the Divisional Manager the objective of the role is to generate revenue through proactively building and maintaining a portfolio of client and candidate relationships.
We are currently seeking experienced consultants within the following markets for either Sydney or Melbourne:
IT
Medical & Lifescience
Sales and Marketing
Insurance
Accounting
Office Support
Industrial, Building Services & Construction
You will be responsible for:
Building long term relationships to develop repeat business
Proactively introducing top candidates to prospective clients
Candidate sourcing via advertising, networking and search
Candidate screening face to face, over the phone either local or traveling
Candidate care feedback, consultation and interview advice
Reference, psychometric and background checking short list applicants
Meeting clients on and off site
To be successful in this role you must have a:
Track record of success within a sales and people focused environment
Bright and articulate personality with the hunger, drive and attitude to make it happen
Demonstrated achievements in work and life
