Senior Recruitment Consultant, Manufacturing Engineering Your Profile As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, in Manufacturing Engineering you will have at least three years recruitment experience in Manufacturing Engineering. You will have a proven track record off billings and success and great knowledge on the Engineering market place and Manufacturing Engineering. The ideal candidate will be bright, hungry, very sales driven and really determined to get to the top To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Manufacturing Engineering you will have high levels of energy and be ready to take on a big challenge. The Role This is a role which offers a huge amount of scope of progression. My client have a global presence within the FMCG market place where they currently recruit marketing staff. There largest clients are asking for them to recruit Manufacturing Engineers so the business is already there. They need a knowledgeable, entrepreneurial recruitment consultant to launch the team and then hopefully run the division The Company My client are a Global FMCG recruiter who operate, from London, in Markets all around the world. They have very low staff turn overs and lots of high achievers. They are a boutique recruiter who focus on a high quality of work.
