SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT FINANCIAL SERVICES Up to £40k basic (dependent on exp) + bonus + benefits OTE £100k+ Leeds Would you like to work in an environment where you have autonomy but with the support of a highly experienced management team? Maybe you are working within mid-level financial services recruitment and are looking to work on higher level candidates too? THE CLIENT A boutique, executive search firm specialising in Financial Services, Accountancy & Finance, recruiting only at senior level - £70k and above. Offering a retained services with an in house research team to support you in your role. Exciting plans for expansion in both of their current divisions. THE ROLE Joined an established player in the financial services recruitment market, they have all the tools to help you become an exceptional recruitment consultant within senior level appointments. Running your own desk, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching for and running retained assignments within financial services. Dealing mainly at board level within a number of blue chip organisations across the UK. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE You will have experience within financial services recruitment, maybe you are currently working a junior to mid level and are keen to make the move into senior level recruitment. You may currently work on a contingent basis and be keen to move into retained? Extremely well presented, corporate and of graduate calibre, you must be able to communicate effectively, particularly at a senior level. A successful track record of billings within recruitment is a must and a desire to continue to be better than your competitors.
